IT 201 Project 3

Continuation of project 2 with 4 new features centered around animation

Feature 1: Eyes following mouse. When the mouse is on certain parts of the screen it triggers an animation where Bob's eye goes big with shock and curiosity

Feature 2: Continuous Spinning. When either side arrow key is pressed Bob continuously rotates in that direction

Feature 3: RGB Bob. With a toggle to control, make Bob change colors through the RGB spectrum

Feature 4: Bob's Intro. Press space to temporarily see a brief message from Bob.
